On September 29, 2020, the localization project NPS24 Class900 high pressure large diameter pressure balance plug valve developed by Chengdu Chengfeng Valve Co., Ltd. completed all the test contents stipulated in the industrial test outline in Changji Valve Test Field of Urumqi Oil and Gas Transport Branch of Western Pipeline Company of National Pipeline Network Group. It successfully passed the industrial test.
The NPS24 Class600 and NPS24 Class900 high pressure large diameter pressure balance plug valve jointly developed by Chengdu Chengfeng Valve Co., Ltd. and National Pipe Network Group Construction Project Management Branch completed the established test contents of the localization project factory test program under the supervision of Hefei Tong ‘an Construction Machinery Equipment Supervision Co., LTD., and witnessed by the third party of Hefei General Mechanical and Electrical Products Testing Institute Co., LTD. It passed the new product expert appraisal on August 27, 2020. The expert group unanimously believed that the product has filled the domestic gap, and the main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar international products. The products then went to Changji Proving Ground for industrial testing.
Since 2016, Chengdu Chengfeng Valve Co., LTD., its pressure balance plug valve products have been widely used in Eancang gas transmission pipeline project, China-Russia East line natural gas pipeline project, Miyun-Mafang Contact Line Project, Shenzhen LNG Emergency Peak Shaving Station External Pipeline Project, Qingning Gas Pipeline Project, and Western and Northern Guangdong Natural Gas Pipeline Network.
The industrial test of the high-pressure and large-diameter plug valve with higher parameters was successfully passed at one time, thanks to the company's long-term experience accumulation and technological innovation. It also once again verified the stability and reliability of our company in the design, manufacturing and quality of plug valves. The developed high-pressure and large-diameter pressure-balanced plug valve will be used in the China-Russia East Route Project to protect China's energy security construction.
